[13985] Major Nicholas Hyland son of Col. Stephen and Araminta (Ham) Hyland was born July 15 1779 (Recorded in St Mary Anne;s Reg.) He was a Mojor in the war of 1812. See (War Dept. Records.) He ran a line of stage coaches to Philadelphia. He married his kinswoman Ann Hyland June 10 1799 and married a second time. Children are from the second marriage
