Thomas Pennington was born on October 28, 1714 in St. Stephen's Parish, Cecil Co., MD. He died on April 26, 1755. Thomas had apparently married by 1755 Rosamund, and had no children as inventory of his estate including 7 negroes gives next of kin as Henry and John (Cecil Co., MD. Inventories Bk 1:23-25).
Rosamund ? was born about 1718.
