Nathaniel Hunn first purchased land in Kent Co upon Delaware January 23 1689 (C:46 deeds); he is mentioned in the will of Richard Curtis of Kent Co April 1695 (B:16, wills). He purchased Town Point June 12, 1699 (C:235 deeds); and died before sept 7, 1718 when letters of administration on his estate were granted to his widow Eleanor Hunn. (D:5, wills)
Nathaniel Hunn acquired a tract of land Mulberry Point containing 300 acres. On August 16, 1734 Caleb Hunn and Nathaniel Hunn, sons and heirs of Nathaniel Hunn decd., and Waitman Sipple, Jr and Mary his wife, daughter of Nathaniel Hunn, decd to John Bowers for 90 pounds
