[2794] notes from Dr Thomas H Voshell JR places his birthdate 1845. Lived in Philadelphia at the time Turner was collecting his notes on this family. Family tradition has it that three brothers Obediah, Daniel and James came over with Lafayettefrom France and settled in Kent Co. DE and that James deed land to the Almshouse.
