[12524] They lived for 15 years near Silver Run where he was a carpenter and farmer. In April of 1870 they moved to Mt Pleasant Twp in Adams Co near Bonneauville. Here they farmed 176 acres of land, were members of St Luke's Lutheran Ch at White Hal and had 12 children. He was a Democrat, and served 2 terms as twp supervisor. His great grand father was Valentine Wentz who came from Partenheim Germany to Phila on the Shop Loyal Judith on Sept 2 1743 and settled in what is now Lineboro, MD about 1749.
